Currently the Houston Ship Channel is still closed to barge and vessel traffic. US Coast Guard expect to open the channel on Tuesday.

Galena Park:

The terminal is operationally sound and will attempt to resume normal operations on Monday, September 26th, with limited manpower. The facility did not report any damage.

Deer Park:

There was only minor wind damage in the facility. Limited operations will resume on Monday, September 26th, and plans are to be in full operations on Tuesday, September 27th.

At this time, both facilities have limited personnel available due to mandatory evacuations that occurred and the lack of fuel availability for some trying to return to their homes. All that have been contacted appear to be fine.
